Status: Application REFUSED

In 1993, a change of use application was made (93/00904/F) for the Fine Line’s premises to have A3 (Food and Drink) permission, enabling this large pub on Whiteladies Road to be opened. The planning committee granted permission, but with operating conditions that protected residents to the rear from noise at night. In 2005, the pub applied for removal of these conditions (05/01780/X). That application has been refused.
